Utah Code § 76-11-220

Carrying a loaded firearm on a public street by an 18 to 20 year old

(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 , 76-11-101 , and 76-11-201 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits carrying a loaded firearm on a public street by an 18 to 20 year old if the actor: (a) is 18 years old or older but younger than 21 years old; and (b) carries a loaded firearm on a public street. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor. (4) This section does not apply if the actor has a provisional concealed carry permit issued under Section 53-5a-305 .
