(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 , 76-11-101 , and 76-11-201 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits selling a firearm to a minor if: (a) the actor sells a firearm to a minor; and (b) at the time the actor sells the weapon to a minor, the minor is not accompanied by a parent of the minor or a legal guardian of the minor.
