(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 , 76-11-101 , and 76-11-201 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits possession of a dangerous weapon with criminal intent if the actor possesses a dangerous weapon with the intent to use the dangerous weapon to commit a criminal offense.
