Definitions for chapter

As used in this chapter:
(1) "Child welfare case" means the same as that term is defined in Section 75E-9-101.
(2) "Commission" means the Indigent Defense Commission created in Section 75E-9-102.
(3) "Eligible county" means the same as that term is defined in Section 75E-9-101.

(4) "Executive director" means the executive director of the office appointed under Section
75E-10-103.
(5) "Indigent defense resources" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-22-102.
(6) "Indigent defense service provider" means the same as that term is defined in Section
78B-22-102.
(7) "Indigent defense services" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-22-102.
(8) "Indigent defense system" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-22-102.
(9) "Indigent individual" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-22-102.
(10) "Minor" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-22-102.
(11) "Office" means the Office of Indigent Defense Services created in Section 75E-10-102.
