As used in this part: (1) "Account" means the Agricultural Water Optimization Account created in Section 73-10g-204. (2) "Agricultural water optimization" means the implementation of agricultural and water management practices that maintain viable agriculture without increasing water depletion to enhance water availability and minimize impacts on water supply, water quality, and the environment. (3) "Change application" means an application filed under Section 73-3-3. (4) "Committee" means the Agricultural Water Optimization Committee created in Section 73-10g-205. (5) "Conservation commission" means the conservation commission created in Section 4-18-104. (6) "Department" means the Department of Agriculture and Food. (7) "Funding application" means an application filed under Section 73-10g-206. (8) "Saved water" means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-3-3.
