(1) On or before September 1 of each year during the life of a project related to a grant awarded by the board, a recipient of grant money under this part shall provide a written report to the board. (2) The report described in Subsection (1) shall include: (a) the amount of money provided through the grant; (b) an accounting of how the grant money has been utilized; (c) the progress of the project; and (d) the number of affordable housing units completed or under construction.
