(1) An owner-operator of an amusement ride shall carry liability insurance coverage in at least the following amounts: (a) $1,000,000 for bodily injury per occurrence; (b) $250,000 for property damage per occurrence; and (c) $3,000,000 annual aggregate limit. (2) An owner-operator of an amusement ride located in an amusement park that employs more than 1,000 individuals in a calendar year shall carry liability insurance coverage in at least the following amounts: (a) $5,000,000 for bodily injury per occurrence; (b) $1,000,000 for property damage per occurrence; and (c) $10,000,000 annual aggregate limit.
