64-13-43. Use of state vehicles by department personnel. The executive director may authorize the use of a state vehicle for: (1)official and commute purposes for a department employee who: (a)supervises probationers or parolees; or (b)investigates the criminal activity of inmates, probationers, or parolees; and (2)off-duty personal use.
