63N-19-103. Creation of Center for International Business and Diplomacy -- Duties -- Rulemaking. (1) There is created within the office the Center for International Business and Diplomacy. (2) The center shall: (a) foster and support efforts to enhance international economic and diplomatic opportunities in the state; (b) provide outreach and information to businesses that could benefit from international partnerships and business opportunities; (c) coordinate with the Legislature to accommodate diplomatic visits to the state; and (d) enter into agreements with appropriate public and private sector entities, individuals, and institutions to support the center's diplomacy efforts. (3) The center may, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, make rules necessary to carry out the center's responsibilities under this chapter.
