As used in this chapter: (1) "Appointing authority" means an authority named in Section 63M-14-202 that appoints an authority member for a Colorado River authority area. (2) "Authority" means the Colorado River Authority of Utah created by Section 63M-14-201. (3) "Authority member" means a person appointed as a member of the authority under Section
