(1) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the "Grazing Land Fund." (2) The fund shall consist of: (a) money received from grazing fees, as described in Section 63L-8-402; (b) money voluntarily donated or contributed to the fund; and (c) interest earned on the fund. (3) The DLM may expend money in the fund for: (a) on-the-ground range rehabilitation, protection, and improvements on public land that is grazed; (b) seeding and reseeding; (c) fence construction; (d) weed control; (e) water development; (f) fish and wildlife habitat enhancement; (g) wildfire suppression; and (h) overhead and direct costs associated with rangeland and grazing management.
