(1) Notwithstanding Subsection 63J-1-209(2), for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021, the director of the Division of Finance may extend the deadline described in Subsection 63J-1-209(2)(a) for up to 45 days after the date described in Subsection 63J-1-209(2)(a). (2) This section supersedes any conflicting provisions of Utah law.
