63I-6-102. Definitions. As used in this chapter: (1) "Formula" means a description of or directions for a computation in the Utah Code. (2) "Mathematical equation" means a symbolic expression of a formula that is created by the legislative fiscal analyst under Subsection 63I-6-103(1).
