(1) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(o), regarding the Utah Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Advisory Committee, is repealed July 1, 2027. (2) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(p)(i), regarding an advisory council created by the Division of Outdoor Recreation to advise on boating policies, is repealed July 1, 2029. (3) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(q), regarding the Wildlife Board Nominating Committee, is repealed July 1, 2028. (4) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(r), regarding regional advisory councils for the Wildlife Board, is repealed July 1, 2028. (5) Title 79, Chapter 6, Part 12, Nuclear Energy Consortium, is repealed July 1, 2027. (6) Section 79-7-206, Utah Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Advisory Committee, is repealed July 1, 2027. (7) Title 79, Chapter 7, Part 7, Private Maintenance, is repealed July 1, 2029. (8) Title 79, Chapter 8, Part 4, Outdoor Recreational Infrastructure Grant Program, is repealed January 1, 2028.
