(1) In addition to the requirements of Section 58-91-305, the division in collaboration with the board may establish by rule additional operating standards that shall apply to the conduct of licensees under this chapter, including rules relating to use of uniforms, badges, insignia, designations, and representations used by or associated with a licensee's practice under this chapter. (2) In making rules described in Subsection (1), the division and board shall comply with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.
