Each applicant for state certification as a state certified commercial interior designer shall: (1) submit an application in a form prescribed by the division; (2) pay a fee determined by the department under Section 63J-1-504; and (3) provide satisfactory evidence of having qualified to take and having passed the examination of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification, or an equivalent body as determined by division rule.
