Penalties -- Bar to state prosecution

(1) A violation of this chapter for which no penalty is specified is a class B misdemeanor.
(2) When a violation of this chapter or Title 76, Chapter 18, Part 2, Offenses Concerning Controlled
Substances, violates a federal law or the law of another state, conviction or acquittal under
federal law or the law of another state for the same act is a bar to prosecution in this state.
