Duties. (1) There is created the Physical and Occupational Therapy Licensing Board, consisting of: (a) three licensed physical therapists; (b) one physical therapist assistant; (c) two licensed occupational therapists; (d) one occupational therapy assistant; and (e) one member of the general public.
