Liability of participating organizations and manufacturers

In the absence of bad faith or gross negligence, a person is not criminally or civilly liable for
injury, death, or loss of property based solely on the fact that the person manufactured, provided,
donated, accepted, or dispensed an eligible prescription drug under this part.
