(1) The practice of electrology includes removing superfluous hair: (a) from the body and face of an individual by using electricity, waxing, shaving, or tweezing; and (b) by using a laser pursuant to requirements described in Section 58-1-506. (2) An individual may not engage in the practice of electrology unless the individual holds an electrology license.
