Qualifications. (1) The practice of chemical hair services includes bleaching, tinting, coloring, relaxing, permanent waving, or similarly treating the hair of the head of an individual. (2) An individual may not engage in the practice of chemical hair services unless the individual holds a chemical hair services permit.
