Disclosure of annual assessment to a public infrastructure district

(1) As used in this section, "public infrastructure district" means an entity created as described in
Title 17D, Chapter 4, Public Infrastructure District Act.
(2) In a conveyance of residential real property within the boundaries of a public infrastructure
district, a seller or the seller's representative shall ensure that the expected annual cost of the
public infrastructure district's final tax rate, as shown on the last equalized assessment rolls, is
included in a disclosure document at or before closing.
