54-1-2.1. Alignment with state energy policy. When exercising the powers granted in this title, the commission shall act in accordance with the state energy policy provided in Title 79, Chapter 6, Part 3, State Energy Policy, unless the state energy policy is inconsistent with specific provisions of this title.
