Within 30 days of receiving the report described in Subsection 35A-9-604(3), the plan shall provide an electronic report to the department that lists: (1) the total amount of deposits: (a) during the calendar year for which the department makes the request; and (b) for each 529 savings account of which a qualifying individual is an account owner; and (2) the account number and the name of the beneficiary for each 529 savings account: (a) into which a deposit was made; and (b) for which a qualifying individual is an account owner.
