The board shall make policies or otherwise provide to each degree-granting institution guidance regarding the degree-granting institution's student housing, including: (1) compliance with the requirements for sex-designated dwelling units within the degree-granting institution's student housing, as those terms are defined in Section 63G-31-305, and the provision of dwelling units that are not sex-designated; and (2) practices to ensure individual privacy within the degree-granting institution's student housing.
