Health care services in public schools

Except as provided in Part 9, Mental Health Services in Public Schools, before a health care provider,
as defined in Section 58-80a-102, may provide or facilitate a health care service in a public school
that is not traditionally available to a student in a public school, the health care provider shall obtain
the informed written or verbal consent of the student's parent for the health care service.
