As used in this part: (1) "Asset" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53G-5-102. (2) "Board of trustees of a higher education institution" or "board of trustees" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53G-5-102. (3) "Charter school authorizer" or "authorizer" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53G-5-102.
