School district governance agreements

(1) A local school board may not enter into or renew an agreement with a private association that
delegates any decision-making or other governance authority for the school district or a given
school within the school district, in whole or in part, to the private association or another group
that is not a subdivision of the school district.
(2) A local school board may not delegate decision-making or other governance authority to a
council or committee of a school with the exception of a school community council as defined in
Section 53G-7-1202.
