A teacher in an opportunity class shall: (1) monitor the extent to which participating student learning and performance are consistent with the criteria established in the innovation program; (2) report the results under Subsection (1) to the LEA governing board, as provided in the approved innovation program; and (3) cooperate with and provide participating student learning and performance data to the director of ULEAD, as defined in Section 53E-10-701, as the director performs the director's duties under Subsection 53E-10-703(7)(b).
