(1) In accordance with this part, the state board shall annually measure and report on each school, in accordance with the Every Student Succeeds Act, Public Law No. 114-95, based on the school's performance level on the indicators described in Subsection (2). (2) The state board shall base a school's reported performance described in Subsection (1) on the school's performance on the indicators described in: (a) Section 53E-5-205, for an elementary school or a middle school; or (b) Section 53E-5-206, for a high school.
