Measuring schools

(1) In accordance with this part, the state board shall annually measure and report on each school,
in accordance with the Every Student Succeeds Act, Public Law No. 114-95, based on the
school's performance level on the indicators described in Subsection (2).
(2) The state board shall base a school's reported performance described in Subsection (1) on the
school's performance on the indicators described in:
(a) Section 53E-5-205, for an elementary school or a middle school; or
(b) Section 53E-5-206, for a high school.
