Smith Opportunity Scholarship Program. (1) Beginning in 2021, the State Board of Education shall, in accordance with Section 68-3-14, annually submit the report described in Section 53E-7-404 to the Public Education Appropriations Subcommittee. (2) This section supersedes any conflicting provisions of Utah law.
