An active duty servicemember of the United States Armed Forces who possesses a Utah concealed firearm permit is exempt from the requirement in Subsection 53-5a-303(4)(a) when renewing a Utah concealed firearm permit. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 208, 2025 General Session
