(A) nonresidents; and (B) residents; and (iii) the amount of expenditures from the Concealed Weapons Account created in Section 53-5-707. (18) The commissioner may make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, necessary to administer this chapter.
