In addition to the duties described in Section 53-1-106, the department shall: (1) provide standards for training peace officers and law enforcement agencies in the use of the state electronic verification system; and (2) collaborate with the Department of Health and the Department of Agriculture and Food to provide standards for training peace officers and law enforcement agencies in medical cannabis law.
