(1) Individuals constituting a quorum of a public body may not act together outside a meeting in a concerted and deliberate way to predetermine an action to be taken by the public body at a meeting on a relevant matter. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an individual acting as a member of a body that is not a public body under Subsection 52-4-103(7)(c). Repealed and Re-enacted by Chapter 392, 2024 General Session
