Public financial information disclosure on website -- Exclusions

(1) The office shall provide the following financial information for the public on its website:
(a) administrative expense transactions from its general ledger accounting system; and
(b) employee compensation information by individual employee at least annually.
(2) For purposes of this part, the office is not required to provide other information for public access
on its website, if the disclosure of the information would conflict with the fiduciary obligations of
the board, including:
(a) revenue transactions; and
(b) member and participant information.
