(1) A member may be represented by a proxy. (2) The by-laws of a decentralized autonomous organization may establish the requirements for representation by proxy. (3) A proxy may exercise all rights of a member. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 92, 2026 General Session Renumbered 10/1/2026
