Utah Code § 41-28-101

Definitions

As used in this chapter:
(1)
(a) "Classic travel trailer" means a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that is:
(i) model year 1982 or older; and
(ii) primarily a collector's item that is used for:
(A) participation in club activities;
(B) exhibitions;
(C) tours;
(D) parades;
(E) occasional recreational or vacation use; or
(F) other similar uses.
(b) "Classic travel trailer" does not include a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that
is used for the general daily transportation of an individual or property.
(2) "Classic vehicle" means:
(a) a motor vehicle or motorcycle:
(i) with a model year of 1982 or older; and
(ii) that is driven fewer than 1,500 miles per calendar year; or
(b) a classic travel trailer.
(3) "Motor vehicle" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-1a-102.
(4) "Motorcycle" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-1a-102.
