41-26-108. Controlling authority. No local agency, political subdivision, or other entity may prohibit the operation of a vehicle equipped with a driving automation system, an ADS, or an on-demand autonomous vehicle network, or otherwise enact or keep in force a rule or ordinance that would impose a tax, fee, performance standard, or other requirement specific to the operation of a vehicle equipped with a driving automation system, an ADS, or an on-demand autonomous vehicle network in addition to the requirements of this title.
