(1) A park model recreational vehicle in this state and identified by the manufacturer as a 2015 year model or newer is subject to the titling provisions of this part. (2) The division may provide title to a park model recreational vehicle identified by the manufacturer as a 2014 year model or older if requested by the owner of the park model recreational vehicle.
