(1) The division shall establish and administer a sponsored special group license plate program as described in this part. (2) The division shall issue to an applicant who satisfies the requirements of this part one of the following: (a) a collegiate special group license plate; (b) a private nonprofit special group license plate; (c) a corporate brand sponsored special group license plate; (d) a major league sports team sponsored special group license plate; (e) a state agency support special group license plate; or (f) a state agency recognition special group license plate.
