40-11-20. Adoption of procedure. (1)The board may adopt procedures and criteria to determine the amount of injected carbon dioxide: (a)stored in a reservoir that has been or is being used for an enhanced oil or gas recovery project; or (b)stored in a reservoir that is a part of a storage facility. (2)The board may charge a fee to cover the costs of making a determination described in Subsection (1). (3)The division shall deposit a fee collected in accordance with Subsection (2) into the fund.
