Requirements for slaughtered domesticated game intended for sale to an end

(1) Domesticated game intended for sale to an end consumer does not require an antemortem
inspection.
(2) Domesticated game intended for sale to an end consumer shall:
(a) receive a postmortem inspection; or
(b) in accordance with department rule, prior to sale, be labeled that the purchased product is not
certified, licensed, regulated, or inspected by the state.
