(1) If any section, subsection, or provision of this part or the application of any section, subsection, or provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court with jurisdiction, the remainder of the part may not be given effect without the invalid section, subsection, provision, or application. (2) The provisions of this part may not be severed.
