(1) A person is guilty of a class B misdemeanor if the person: (a) is in control of a swine; and (b) allows the swine to run at large. (2) A person described in Subsection (1) is liable for damage caused by the swine running at large. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session
