The department is authorized, subject to Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to make and enforce rules as necessary to administer and enforce this chapter. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session Sunsets 7/1/2035
