As used in this part: (1) "Agricultural enterprise" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-4-512. (2) "Agritourism activity" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-4-512. (3) "Registry" means the voluntary agritourism registry described in Section 4-2-1002.
