4-10-104. Manufacture, repair, or wholesale sale of bedding, upholstered furniture, quilted clothing, or filling material -- Permit required. (1) It is unlawful for a person to engage in the manufacture, repair, or wholesale sale of bedding, upholstered furniture, quilted clothing, or filling material without a permit issued by the department. (2) Notwithstanding Subsection (1), a person may engage in the repair of quilted clothing without a permit issued by the department if that person is not otherwise required to obtain a permit issued by the department under this chapter or by department rule.
