39A-2-103. Political subdivisions and state agencies may assist in erecting facilities. Any political subdivision or state agency may appropriate from any funds available for general purposes funds to assist the State Armory Board in the acquisition, construction, and maintenance of Utah National Guard facilities and infrastructure.
