(1) There is established the Shelter Counties Advisory Board. (2) The Shelter Counties Advisory Board shall consist of the chief executive officer of each county that maintains a homeless shelter year round, or the chief executive officer's designee. (3) The Shelter Counties Advisory Board may make recommendations to the board regarding improvements to coordinating and providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness in the state. (4) An association representing at least two counties in the state shall provide staff and administrative support to the Shelter Counties Advisory Board.
